Preserved flowers andfoliage are natural flowers and greens that have been processed with arevolutionary technology to maintain their fresh appearance for several months,2 to 3 years or even longer. No pollen can be found in preserved flowers,friendly to those who are allergic and suffer hay fever. 

The preserved flowersare specially selected from Japan's AMOROSA and Columbia's Florever, reputablepreserved flower suppliers. Unlike the preserved flowers offered by otherflorists, quality control begins in the fields by cultivating flowers ondedicated farms. Flowers are carefully grown under ideal conditions to meetsize and quality standards. Their soft texture and delicate beauty make itdifficult to differentiate from fresh flowers.

- Avoid water andmoist, keep it in room temperature avoid direct sunlight and dry place(humidity around 40-50%)

- Blow away any dustby using cold wind of hair dryer, do not touch or wipe the flower petals by anymeans

Valentine’s period order and delivery notes:

1. During Valentine’s period (12-14 Feb), extra handling fee $150 will be incurred for any change of flowers, on top of extra costs of flowers / materials (to be quoted subject to flower choice & customer requirement)

2. On Valentine’s Day (14 Feb), all hampers and flower bouquets will be delivered between 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, however, exact timing of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Surcharge of HK$100 applies for any delivery out of the above time range

3. Free delivery to commercial addresses. Surcharge applies to  residential addresses and remote areas per our usual delivery guidelines. 

4. Once orders are made, customers cannot change delivery location or delivery date. Customers can choose to make one more order at 30% off
